22nd Annual Day at the Beach
"Adopt a Child for One Day"
Dear Friends,
Thank you for considering becoming a mentor on this beautiful day to create human connection and love for all. The day flies by quickly but the positive memories you will help make for the children can last forever!

What:
300 under-served children ages 5-12 from various after-school programs, shelters, and foster care, are united one-on-one with caring adult volunteers for a day of healthy interaction, inclusion, trust building, fun and friendship! Join relay races, mini golf, boogie boarding, face painting, cupcake making and more.

When: Saturday, September 9, 8:30am-3pm
•
Where: On the sand in Manhattan Beach (between 6th & 8th Street)
•
Why:
Introduces positive experiences, yields kind interaction with caring people, provides volunteers and corporations a way to give back, and plants seeds of compassion, trust, inclusion, and LOVE.
